Fayetteville and Triangle Endocrinology & Diabetes Clinic, PA is a practice in North Carolina specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine conditions, with a focus on general endocrinology and diabetes. Together with our patients, we work closely to play a proactive role in the treatment process. The focus of our practice is to help our patients live their life in complete control of their diabetes or endocrine conditions using state-of-the-art technologies and medications. With our guidance, we aim to help our patients manage their care with minimal disruption to their daily lives.

Dr. S. Asif Rizvi grew up and studied in Pakistan, Libya, and Malta. He graduated from Rawalpindi Medical College in Pakistan. He completed his postgraduate medical education training at various hospitals affiliated with Albert Einstein Medical College, New York, Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, and Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Since 1995, he has been practicing endocrinology and diabetes in Fayetteville, North Carolina. In 2003, he opened his Apex office to meet the ever-increasing demand for clinical expertise in this field. He remains affiliated as a medical staff member at Cape Fear Valley Health System in Fayetteville, NC. His practice includes the diagnosis and treatment management of all types of endocrine-related, specializing in endocrine conditions, diabetes, and general endocrinology. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family in activities like going on long walks, watching sports, traveling, sightseeing, and reading.
